There appears to be no way of stopping Kilmore pair Tony Peacock and Damian Wilson at present, scoring a first-up victory at Bendigo with new stable addition King Of Paradise in the Quality Hotels Pacers Handicap for C5 or better class over 2150 metres.

Bred at John and Kay Campbell's Loddon Valley Stud (Durham Ox), King Of Paradise raced by Paul Bajada returned a mile rate of 2-01.5 in registering his 12 success in 50 race appearances.

The juggernaut continued at Cranbourne on Wednesday, with Blissful Hall/Lady Lara Lombo colt Lord Lombo leading throughout from gate three to land the Choice Hotels 132400 3-Y-0 Pace over 2080 metres in advance of Paul Weidenbach's Wiley Jasper which trailed, using the sprint lane to no avail to give Kilmore the quinella, with Western Blaze third after racing in the open.

The mile rate 2-00.5.

It was Our Aythreeeighty's second victory in 11 race appearances.

Yan Yean's Brian Ruschmeyer has 7-Y-0 Camtastic/Classic Touch gelding Magne racing in rare form, bringing up his 5th success in 40 outings by taking the Hyland Sportswear Pace for C3 & C4 class over 2080 metres at Cranbourne.

Driven once again by Wallan's Noel Shinn, Magne from gate four enjoyed the run of the race on the back of the leader Miffastrio drawn inside him and when eased three wide on straightening, ran home strongly to defeat a death-seating from the bell Glees Honour and Budding Christian in a rate of 1-58.7.

Noel Shinn was again a winner at the Wangaratta fixture held at Shepparton on Thursday, when unhoppled 6-Y-0 Island Fantasy/Atlantique gelding Galveron greeted the judge in the Russell Thomson Pace for C4 & C5 class over 1690 metres.

It was Galveron's ninth victory in 53 race appearances.
