YOUNG carollers Aaron, left, Isabelle, centre, and Summer-Jane are already basking in the festive cheer. Thousands are expected to flock to Sanctuary Lakes for the annual Carols by the Lake this Saturday. There will be fireworks, a showbag van, rock climbing, a giant slide, jumping castle and bungee basketball from 5pm until 9pm. Money raised from the event is being donated to the Point Cook CFA. Carols are also expected to draw crowds on Friday at the Heathdale Glen Orden Wetlands on Kookaburra Ave. The musical program includes Jamie Redfern’s Rascals, Glen Orden Primary School, the Werribee Concert Band and a nativity scene musical play. 39757 Picture: SARAH MATRAY
