KENYAN women have threaded exquisite creations into Wyndham to help their drought stricken community. Werribee Open Range Zoo launched their new community trade campaign, Beads for Wildlife, last week. The project brings to Australia for the first time beadwork made by women from the Rendille Tribe in Kenya. Spokeswoman Kym Carter said the products would help save lives and wildlife.
