TRAIN commuters using Hoppers Crossing station will find life a bit easier soon after a new $190,000 pedestrian access is constructed.

Roads and Ports Minister Tim Pallas said the State Government grant to the Wyndham City Council was the first of more than $1.5 million in TravelSmart and Local Area Access grants to be announced throughout this month.
