A SPUR of the moment decision proved a life changing career move for Louise Crossley. The Burnside resident went from retail assistant to integration aide to magazine publisher. The 43-year-old has created “Essentially Me” a quarterly online magazine catering to families with special needs children. Ms Crossley said she hoped the project would highlight the achievements of ordinary people through adversity. “Everyone has their gifts and everyone has their place in the world,” she said.
