UNEMPLOYED Brimbank residents or people wanting to change jobs can take advantage of free services at Brimbank libraries from 1 July.

To be eligible people must be 18 years or older, unemployed for four or more months, live in Brimbank, have a reasonable level of English proficiency and have limited or no computer skills.

They will be able to learn about resume writing, interview skills and computer skills.
