TWO temporary portable buildings will be set up at Yarraville’s Clare Court Children’s Centre this week to pave the make way for the centre’s $2.85 million redevelopment.

The portables will allow the centre to operate all of its current services while construction starts to transform Clare Court into a “one-stop shop” where families could access maternal care, childcare and kindergarten facilities.

The Federal Government is contributing $1.6 million to the upgrade, while Maribyrnong City Council ($750,000) and the Victorian Government ($500,000) are also chipping in.
