MOTHER’S Day was a double celebration for Giuseppina Zaia.

The Napoli Family Club secretary was presented with a certificate of appreciation during the club’s Mother’s Day celebration lunch after providing 16 years of service to the club.

President Nancy Sciacca said the 90-year-old continued to remain dedicated to the club despite the difficulties old age had brought her.

Councillor Maria Sampey presented the award in front of the 120 lunch guests on behalf of mayor Peter Brown.
