THE Greater Dandenong council chambers have seen a lot of drama in their time, but little worth highlighting on television – until now. Ramsay Street’s favourites took over Springvale Town Hall and council chambers to film an upcoming episode of Neighbours. Cast and crew filmed the scenes on Tuesday and Wednesday.
