THE City of Greater Dandenong has signed off on its community grants program for 2005/06, with community groups to receive more than $1.6 million.

Various arts and culture applications shared in a $374,810 allocation, while $379,917 was given to health and wellbeing applicants.

Service and funding agreements for community service providers accounted for $683,000.
