A MAN is in a stable condition at the Northern Hospital after his arm was caught in a cheese-making machine in Broadmeadows last week.

Paramedics were called to the Broadmeadows factory at 11.30am on Tuesday where they found the 21-year-old man’s hand trapped in the machine.

Paramedic Pat Zerna said the man put his hand into a mozzarella stretching machine and his arm got pulled in after it.
