THE Cardinia Shire is set to apply for a Federal Government Stormwater Harvesting and Refuse Grant that would meet half the cost of the Pakenham’s Lily Pond project.

The Draft Master Plan for Pakenham’s Lily Pond is being finalised, with councillors expected to endorse the plan on Monday February 1.
