‘I think you’ve missed a bit’

EDRINGTON Ward councillor Simon Curtis was looking a bit unsure about his new haircut on Tuesday morning. After struggling to grow a noticeable moustache for Movember, Cr Curtis volunteered to get his haircut into a mohawk style if he could raise $1000 or more for the charity. The radical style was also a fitting celebration of the end of Cr Curtis’s university days — he completed a master’s in teaching last week. Duncan Hopgood of Sweeney Todd’s was on hand to tend to the ’do this week. Cr Curtis will sport the mohawk until the end of November. 39360 Picture: Luke Plummer
