CORA Lynn Netball Club’s A-grade failed against a tough and determined Buln Buln and went down by nine goals at the weekend.

Cora Lynn fought hard all game against a very strong Buln Buln team.

Kate Harper and Kate Gosling, played well throughout the game.

Cora Lynn fought hard but the defence of Buln Buln intercepted many balls all over the court. Jacinta Gunton and Michelle Robertson stayed focussed in the goals, not giving up. Tahlie Petersen and Mallory Griffiths intercepted many of the goal efforts of Buln Buln. A good mid-court with Jess van Diemen making great leads.

Buln Buln was too strong coming home with a convincing lead.

Cora Lynn started off strongly against Buln Buln, Jess McMillan and Ashlee Reynolds played well in defence. The mid-court worked well together, intercepting many of Buln Buln passes. Emily Bright and Sarah Kemp goaled well, but Cora Lynn was beaten by a better team on the day.

The team played well with many different combinations right across the court.
