POLICE are looking for a man who stole a purse containing cash from a 68-year-old woman outside the Aldi supermarket in Beaconsfield on Friday afternoon.

He snatched the purse in the carpark about 3pm, then ran across the old Princes Highway and into parkland.

He is about 19, 6ft, of medium build, between 80 and 85kg, with thick brown hair and an olive complexion.
