Louise and Amber Panic get into the swing of things in the family boxing circuit class.
CARDINIA LiFE celebrated National Families Week last month with an array of family friendly classes on offer to the community.
From 14 May to 20 May Cardinia LiFE held extra group fitness classes and a Family Friendly Friday.
The week kicked off with a family fitness class which included ball games, circuit activities and a stretching session.
The family boxing circuit was a favourite attracting much interest from members at the centre.
Family Friendly Friday, which included synchronised swimming demonstrations and a free sausage sizzle, was also a highlight.
Community and families coordinator at Cardinia LiFE Melanie Wurthson said the National Families Week celebrations were a great success and the centre was looking forward to next year’s activities.
