THE construction of the new Pakenham Library/Hall/U3A has continued to be affected by wet weather.

Most of the structural steel has been delivered to the site, with the installation of the steelwork now well underway.

It is expected that the framework and roofing installation will be well underway during August.

Design work and consultation for the bushfire memorial garden is continuing.
