THE CARDINIA Shire is working on a study to provide the basis of advocating to the State Government for expanding recycled water via purple pipes to the Bunyip Basin region.

This work involves several government departments either actively participating or providing funding to establish the economic benefits.

The project team is progressing and completing work focused on strategy development, land use planning, land capability, environmental and heritage.
